1990 Pacific Senior League Jim Nettles #126
A true victim of a team prank, Jim was handed a bat to pose for a picture. He found about the card later from a teammate. The 'AH error' card is easier to find than the corrected version(s). There are at least two of these: Regular and the Glossy edition. The Glossy version has a bit less coverage on the knob that the Regular one. |

Similar to the Billy Ripken story, Jim's brother Graig was a player/manager of the Legends team to begin the 1989 season. The team started 3-20 and Graig Nettles was replaced with Bobby Bonds. Just a little more to the story linking the AH to the FF! |
